you probably mean HDR, the popular way to make a good picture look completely stupid. This is what marginal photographers use to
a) show how well they know how to use digital imaging software
b) get other marginal photographers to leave a lot of positive comments on flickr, and
c) impress people with no knowledge of the craft that they are, indeed, not marginal photographers.
high definition would just imply that the images are 1080 pixels wide, like on a tv. know your nomenclature!
